Open weekdays 10am to 3pm in Center Hall. We offer sodas, candy, pastry items and chips. Inventory subject to change. From 12:15 - 2:30 PM we have espresso made by our team of volunteer baristas!

Meet with others and do your art projects together while socializing. Meets in Center Hall Thursdays at 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Paint your own projects or pick out one of ours. This group meets Tuesday at 10am.
CARDIO DRUMMING
Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM we have cardio drumming in our Movement and Health Room. Come join the fun and get your heart rate going!
WALK W/JEN
Every Tuesday from 10:30 - 11:30 AM take a nice long walk with our Wellness Coordinator Jen. (Weather permitting).

Fitness equipment available for use during regular business hours. We have treadmills, stationary bikes and a recumbent stepper. **Use at your own risk**.

On Mondays from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Meditate to improve your mind and physical well being.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM - Led by Dee Dee in Center Hall - Move, stretch, breathe, relax.
WII BOWLING
Join other older adults Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:00 PM for virtual bowling. You can play a game all by yourself also. Open at your convenience in the Health and Movement Room

MEDICAL LOAN EQUIPMENT PROGRAM
We have a dedicated space for donated medical equipment to loan out to those in need. We have walkers, crutches, manual wheelchairs, shower chairs, commodes. We cannot accept disposable medical supplies such as tubing, gauze, or adult diapers. Inventory varies, call to inquire.
