ACTIVITIES AND CLASSES
BRAINS & BALANCE
A specialized fitness class to help with Balance and to exercise the brain as well. This class is provided by the YMCA and meets Tuesdays at 10am in our Fitness room. Open to the older adult community members.
MEDICAL LOAN EQUIPMENT PROGRAM
We have a dedicated space for donated medical equipment and loan out to those in need. We have walkers, crutches, manual wheelchairs, shower chairs, commodes. We cannot accept disposable medical supplies such as tubing, gauze, or adult diapers. Inventory varies, call to inquire.
Open weekdays 10am to 3pm in The Commons. Specializing in Lattes, Mochas, iced coffees, smoothies and great drip coffee. We also offer sodas, candy, pastry items and chips. Inventory subject to change.
Meet with others and do your art projects together while socializing. Meets in the Social Room Thursdays at 1pm. Open to the older adult community.
Learn the art of creating masterpieces with paint and dots. Pre registration is required. This class meets Fridays at 9am.
Our own Tammy Nease provided salon services with the older adult in mind. She creates works of art. Services by appointment only on Wednesday in our Salon
Paint and kiln your own projects or pick out one of ours. The class meets Tuesday and Wednesday at 10am. These classes are currently full. Sign up for the wait list.
LEFT RIGHT CENTER
Lots of laughter! Throw the dice and see what happens. This is a resident only game time. Monday nights in The Commons.
RESIDENT NICKLE BINGO
Bring your nickles, your patience, and your sense of humor. This is a resident only bingo time. This is held in The Commons on Wednesday nights.
CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP
Are you caring for an aging loved one? Do you need support? Come meet and talk to others participating in the care of a loved one. This group meets Tuesday at 10am. Open to the community.
PARKINSON'S SUPPORT GROUP
Do you or a loved one suffer with Parkinson's Disease. Please consider joining others to talk about how they are coping with the disease. Call the office for more information. Open to the community.
This group of authors meets weekly to write together and to discuss their works. Meet Wednesday in the Conference Room 12pm.
Do you worry about how much someone drinks? A meeting for those dealing with a family or a friend with a drinking problem. This meeting is open to the community on Wednesdays at 5pm in the conference room. Drop in's welcome and encouraged.

STANWOOD CAMANO ROTARY
