Capital Needs
Lincoln Hill Retirement Community just celebrated its 100 year anniversary in 2025! With a 100 year old building there are always projects that need to be addressed. Projects for a building this large and this old can be very expensive, and we need help paying for the following items:

New Windows
Lincoln Hill Apartments is in need of new windows in Building C. Our 100 year old building is a challenge to keep up, but you can help! Please donate for this project. Thank you!
New Paint for Building C
Building C needs new paint! We were able to get Building B done a couple of years ago, and now it's time to paint Building C of Lincoln Hill Apartments. Please consider donating to this project so we can get it done! Thank you!
New Roof
Lincoln School Senior Apartments is in need of a new roof! Since 2004 our HUD apartments have been a support for low income older adults in our community. We need to keep this building maintained, from top to bottom. Please donate for a new roof. Thank you!
Flooring
Lincoln Hill Retirement Community is in need of flooring! After fire damage in 2016, the flooring in our Center Hall was painted to cover water damaged floors. We need a new floor covering in here that is durable and easily cleaned. In our new Meeting Room/Classroom, we need the same type of flooring. Thank you!
